The fully automatic control system adopts a series of products from Logica in Italy, such as HOZMEISTER M800, M800B (Delphi), and M900.

The DELPHI control system for wood drying equipment, with its intuitive LCD graphic display screen, provides users with an easy – to – operate platform. Even those without professional skills can easily make settings. All configurations are completed through clear and understandable menus, while advanced settings are protected by dedicated sub – menus and separated from regular menus.

To further enhance the user experience, the iButton? system is introduced. This is an innovative “smart button” technology used to save and call drying programs, prevent unauthorized personnel from modifying the controller settings, and facilitate software upgrades. With the iButton, users can start the drying cycle with just a touch, eliminating the need for complex operations. In addition, the iButton can also be used to quickly order or transfer drying programs to the service center without manual input.

The DELPHI system has more than 80 built – in standard drying programs, which are suitable for a variety of woods and convenient for users to call directly. It is especially suitable for beginners or users with regular needs.

DELPHI adopts the new LG25 probe amplifier, combined with AC variable voltage measurement and digital filtering technology, ensuring high reliability of the equipment and strong resistance to power supply interference. The probe amplifier is housed in a sealed aluminum shell, which has good dust – proof performance and is equipped with a shielded cable insulated with Teflon? to guarantee the accuracy of measurement.

The control flexibility of DELPHI is reflected in its ability to divide the drying cycle into up to 8 steps, and each step can be customized to meet the drying requirements of different woods, and is even applicable to the heat treatment required by phytosanitary measures.

Designed based on the KILN BUS system, DELPHI is compatible with existing and future – developed sensors and actuators, leaving ample room for future upgrades. The equipment is also equipped with dual – standard serial interfaces of RS232 and RS485, which are convenient for connecting to the main control computer.

The structure of the DELPHI controller is ingeniously designed and divided into two parts: a visualization module and a power supply module, making the installation more flexible and the wiring tidier. The two modules are connected by a pre – assembled cable, which simplifies the installation process.
