The air circulation system hinges on a reversible fan system, strategically installed above the ceiling of each drying room. These fans are engineered to be the linchpin of achieving high – quality, uniform wood drying.

Regardless of whether they are rotating forward or in reverse, and at any rotational speed, these fans maintain identical efficiency and air volume. This consistency is crucial as it ensures a stable and even distribution of air throughout the drying chamber. Each fan is equipped with aluminum oscillating blades that are perfectly symmetrical in shape. This unique design is the key to guaranteeing that the moisture content of the wood along the air duct remains uniform during the drying process. Uniform moisture content directly translates to better – quality dried wood, reducing the likelihood of warping, cracking, or uneven drying, which are common issues in sub – optimal drying systems.

Robust Construction for Harsh Drying Environments

The aluminum fan impeller is directly and firmly connected to the specially designed motor shaft. The motors are constructed with tropical insulation materials and are rated at IP55, enabling them to endure high temperatures. This robust build allows the motors to operate flawlessly even when the humidity in the working environment soars to 100%. Such reliability in extreme conditions ensures continuous and efficient air circulation, which is essential for the consistent drying of wood. Without a stable air circulation system, the drying process would be disrupted, leading to inconsistent drying results and potentially compromised wood quality.

Séchoir à bois conventionnel

Le séchoir à bois conventionnel TECH (série ZQ) est un séchoir polyvalent. Il peut fonctionner à la vapeur, à l'eau chaude, à l'huile thermique ou à l'électricité, et fonctionne à une température de séchage inférieure ou égale à 100 °C (212 °F).
