What Are the Drying Solutions for Common Hardwoods in Bangladesh??
Precise Control of Starting Moisture Content?:Using high accuracy moisture meters, we can measure the starting moisture content of hardwoods like chapalish. It usually ranges from 40% to 60%.?
Custom – designed Drying Curves?: The wood dryers have special drying curves set in advance. These curves cover processes like pre – heating, heating, spraying, and dehumidifying. For example, for chapalish wood, we heat it slowly at 40°C with a humidity of 80% – 85%. When the moisture content goes down to 30%, we raise the temperature to 55°C – 60°C and lower the humidity to 60% – 65%. This makes sure the final moisture content reaches 8% – 12%.?
Improved Air Circulation?: The fans are placed in a proper way. Whether the fans turn forward or backward and at any speed, they keep the same efficiency and air volume. This is very important as it makes sure the hot and humid air spreads evenly around the wood, ensuring the wood dries evenly.
